Hi, I’m a clinical psychologist. I help women navigate anxiety, trauma, depression, stress, identity issues, and all the other things we try to laugh off in group chats.

If your brain is working overtime, your emotions feel like they’re on shuffle mode, and you’re tired of being “the strong one” — you’re not dramatic. You’re just burnt out from carrying too much for too long.

Whether it’s a phobia, panic attacks, OCD spirals, binge-restrict cycles, or a full-blown existential meltdown at 2AM… this is where we unpack it. Without shame. Without pressure. Without toxic positivity.

About My Self


I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and over five years of experience working with adults navigating everything from high-functioning anxiety to childhood trauma to those “Why am I crying at this Coke ad?” moments.

I am trained and certified in:
